She could tell he was clearly bothered by the information she just told him. “Eli,” she spoke softly placing her hand on her arm lightly trying to turn him to look at her. “You know I love you more than anything,” she ran her hand up and down his arm trying to convince him….
She sighed at him knowing his mind was still on it. She frowned but let it go. As he squirmed away from her to take his pills she couldn’t help but smile. He was taking care of himself. That’s all she wanted. She pulled him back and snuggled into his arms. She traced small circles on his arm. “I love you,” she whispered quietly before yawning.
